is it a symptom?

just wanted to ask if any of you have ever experienced these feelings ....im not sure if it bp related or something completely different.
i have started to get body jerks,usually at awkward times(drinking coffee,talking to people,preparing food)its not fun and sometimes embarressing.and a drunk feeling of room spinning and dizzyness seems to be happening more and more frequently with me.the ringing in my ears has increased too.
im not one for running to the docs with everything,but i wanted to find out a little knowledge about these symptoms before i ask her.
can any of you shed some light or have advice?

I feel it almost everyday Nicki...I don't have any advice b/c I just pop a Valium, and it somewhat eases. You don't have that luxury. I have the worst tremors that I've seen anyone have other that when I was working with Parkinson's patients. I normally can't even get money out of my wallet at the checkout counter without my purse flying everywhere and money going here and there. This is one of the reasons I don't go out solo very often. I am just calmer when I have people with me to do those things for me, and I am worry-free. I just get to go, not drive, or pay, and I don't even have to make decisions. You don't have that luxury either, so I can only send you hugs.
