Hello
I'm really confused!! I was just diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar II two weeks ago. I don't start meds until I see the psych again today. I have noticed that it is really hard to find support groups and alike around and not too many people know much about bipolar! This is kinda hard.

Hello--I'm BP I and dont rapid cycle. but BP is BP, after all.  Our colleague Jane (jtokc) is writing a book for the newly diagnosed and you two should talk. It changes our self-image to be diagnosed--most people take a long time to get used to it--you are part of an exclusive club of people who know that they are nuts. Smiley

Hello,
Welcome to the club. If you have any questions, or want to know anything we can help. I read the post everyday as do many of us. It sometimes takes awhile for meds to work or to find the right combo. Welcome
