i been considering going back to hospital since i have nothing in my system. so that way i can be gradually brought back up to what i was at before i ran out. but i am so mixed up in what i should do cuz i tried getting in touch w/ the people that get my meds but i have not had any return calls. and my blended case manager said she'd look into it for me. but the wait is driving me crazy i am considering just walking into my clinic so that way i could get a person to talk to.

i think talking to an actual person is a good option.....then you can get a straight answer there and then and they can see by your body language that you really need something done...soon
i hate talking on the phone especially to starngers....its too easy for them to brush you off or forget about you

exactly an i called the crisis people "oh we will have the on call bcm call you back" and that was like almost 15 minutes ago and i cant really go anywhere as i have no car and the mobile crisis the open for almost an hour. my insomnia was sooo bad last nite that i was up till almost 330 am and i was wide awake at 7 am and that is not usual for me to. normally i am a 8 hour plus sleeper. and i wanted to sleep so bad but my body won't let me. i know i should probably go to the hospital or something but i already went 3 or 4 times this year. and i feel so alone right now

I on the other hand would keep calling people until you annoy the hell out of them. But I'm just like that. I exhaust everything before I would step into a hospital. Regardless of it is is for my MI or not. Hell, I almost didn't go to the ER when I had my gall bladder attack! LOL

If you don't mind me asking... How did you run out of meds?
